Is there any app that can fake that i am on another call when there are incoming calls ?

I want an app that can fake call waiting to my incoming callers when in fact I am not on any call. Thus I want incoming callers to here that I am on another call ( " the number you are trying to reach is on another call" response) not "line busy". Thanks.
